A website should help someone understand the work, feel the character of the brand and find a clear way forward. I connect the message, page structure and visual direction around that experience.
This is useful when a website looks attractive but the offer is hard to explain, when a new brand needs its first digital home, or when a portfolio has grown without a clear structure. The starting point is what the visitor came to find.
I’m Twisha Mehta, a social media and brand strategist based in Ahmedabad. My background spans public relations, digital marketing and design, with experience across India and Canada.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
The thinking. The tangible work.
01
Page & content structure
A useful hierarchy for services, work, editorial content and contact, based on the decisions visitors need to make.
02
Website messaging
Headlines, service explanations, proof points and calls to action that sound like the brand and answer real questions.
03
Visual direction
References, typography, image treatment and motion principles connected to a consistent creative idea.
04
A clear handover
An agreed set of copy, direction and implementation requirements. Build, hosting and ongoing maintenance responsibilities are defined with the brief.
A CONSIDERED PROCESS
From question to direction.
01
Map the visit
We clarify the audience, the questions they bring and the information they need before making contact.
02
Connect message and form
The page plan, copy and visual direction are developed together. Animation should support orientation and character while keeping the content readable.
03
Review the real experience
The work is reviewed on phone and desktop, including navigation, reading and the intended next step. Any implementation is scoped to the project.
A CLOSER LOOK AT THE WORK
Start with the website you are exploring.
This site brings together published editorial work, independent studies, social insights and a podcast. Each has a clear place, and concept work is identified as such. The journal also shows how a practical business brief can become a useful story.
Can you work on the words without replacing the whole website?+
Yes. A project can focus on copy, structure or a particular set of pages while retaining an existing platform and identity.
Will every website need elaborate animation?+
No. Motion should suit the brand and the visitor’s task. Clear navigation, readable content and reduced-motion support remain part of the experience.
Is development included?+
Development and ongoing maintenance are confirmed in the brief. A creative-direction project can also be handed to your existing designer or developer.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Bring the brief. We’ll find the angle.
Send the existing site, your main offer, examples of the work you want to present and the action visitors should take. Include the platform and the person responsible for implementation.
