A calendar tells a team when to post. A content strategy explains who the work is for, what it should help them understand and what useful step can follow. I connect that thinking to formats your team can actually make.
This work is useful when a feed is active but feels disconnected, when a new product needs explaining, or when a team has ideas without a shared direction. We start with the audience and business goal, then decide the channel and creative approach.
I’m Twisha Mehta, a social media and brand strategist based in Ahmedabad. My background spans public relations, digital marketing and design, with experience across India and Canada.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
The thinking. The tangible work.
01
Channel & audience direction
A clear role for the channels in scope, the people they should serve and the behaviour each content type should support.
02
Editorial planning
Content themes, repeatable series and a practical calendar connected to your available production resources.
03
Copy & creative development
Hooks, scripts, captions and visual briefs. Deliverables are tailored to the agreed formats rather than a fixed template.
04
Review & measurement
A review framework that separates discovery, useful engagement and enquiries. Metrics are interpreted in context, using the data available.
A CONSIDERED PROCESS
From question to direction.
01
Read what is already happening
We review existing content, available account data, recurring customer questions and production constraints. No account change is made without an agreed scope.
02
Build a recognisable idea
I develop content directions and sample executions so the strategy can be assessed as work, not only as a presentation.
03
Create a workable rhythm
The plan defines responsibilities, approvals and a review cadence. Publishing, community management and production support are scoped explicitly.
A CLOSER LOOK AT THE WORK
Explore a real published series.
Build Lab is an ongoing product-education Reel series. Its work page shows published examples and my contribution to hooks, scripts and art direction. The Marketing Radar is a separate archive of my independent brand observations.
Both can be discussed. A brief can cover strategy, copy and creative direction, or a defined set of content deliverables. Filming, design and ongoing management responsibilities are agreed in advance.
Can the plan support Instagram and LinkedIn?+
Yes, when those channels fit the audience. Each needs its own purpose and execution; the same asset does not have to do every job.
How will we know whether the work is useful?+
We agree the objective and available measurement first. A save, a view and a qualified enquiry are different signals. The review should make those differences clear.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Bring the brief. We’ll find the angle.
Send your current channels, audience, main offer, available production resources and the action you want content to support. Include recent performance data if you have it.
